From US-75/N Central Expressway:
  •         Take Sam Rayburn Tollway North to TX-121 South.
  •         Take the exit towards Lake Forest Drive/Watters Road, Stay in the left lane.
  •         Make a left turn on Lake Forest Drive
  •         Make an immediate right into the entrance of LifeTime Fitness Center, after the retail center
  •         Make a right into the Medical Office Building(s)
  •         Turn immediately to the right again i.e., First Building on the right 981 A, facing the Service Road
  •         Our Office is in the North West End Corner (suite 1140)
From 121 South/ Dallas North Tollway:
  •        Take the TX-121 N/Sam Rayburn Tollway, travelling North/East
  •        Take the exit towards Lake Forest Drive/Watters Road
  •        Make a right into the Medical Office Building(s), before the Light
  •        Make an immediate right turn into the Medical Office Building 981 A, facing the Service Road
  •        Our Office is in the North West End Corner (suite 1140) 
From Allen (South):
  •        Drive northbound on Watters Road (towards 121)
  •        Pass Stacy Road Light
  •        Make a left into the main entrance to LifeTime Fitness
  •        Make a right into the Medical Office Building(s)
  •        Go to last Medical Office Building 981 A, facing the Service Road
  •        Our Office is in the North West End Corner (suite 1140)
